Has an industrial door been damaged? Did the crane stop during lifting? Did the ramp leveller malfunction? GD’s service experts are available for troubleshooting and repairs!
The malfunction of industrial equipment results in downtime, frustration, and costs for our partners. GD experts are now on standby at two locations in the country and are ready to take your calls.
Our locations: Lajosmizse, Budapest
Upon request, we also undertake servicing in neighbouring countries.
With a team of nearly 30 mechanics and service engineers, we offer flexible servicing options to our clients at any time of the day, whether it's a repair need or phone assistance.
A good machine operates smoothly, and its availability is almost taken for granted. GD helps ensure that users do not have to go without their loading and lifting equipment for days or weeks due to unexpected failures.
The role of maintenance is to extend the lifespan of your machines, monitor condition changes during maintenance, and recommend the replacement of worn parts. This way, costs and necessary downtime can be planned. For our contract partners, we offer extremely short repair times in case of unexpected breakdowns.
No data plate?
No documentation?
Just a piece of equipment needing repair?
GD experts undertake the repair of malfunctioning equipment regardless of manufacturer or type, be it industrial doors, ramp levellers, lift tables, or cranes.
We pay special attention to the continuous training of our staff and getting to know competitor products.
Thanks to our 25 years of experience, we have an adequate supplier network and significant stock, whether for our own manufactured products or equipment from other manufacturers. This enables us to respond quickly and efficiently to any repair needs. Our design department and Lajosmizse factory unit ensure that we can even reproduce parts from other manufacturers that are no longer available but fall within our product range. If necessary, we also undertake the development of new solutions.
It is easy to forget about the necessary periodic inspections of lifting equipment, and remember them only when requested to hand over the inspection reports during a workplace safety inspection. Lacking these, hefty penalties may be expected. Our company undertakes the management of records, conducting inspections, and eliminating detected deficiencies. The completion of the legally required lifting equipment inspections is facilitated by our staff, which includes lifting equipment experts (4 people), a steel structure expert (1 person), and a lifting equipment administrator (1 person). We also have a subcontractor with a mobile tensile testing machine for the inspection of rigging equipment and slings.
Older equipment often becomes a source of frequent problems over time, and the price of parts often rivals that of new equipment. In such cases, refurbishment may be necessary. When drawing up an offer, GD inspects and selects the most economical solution, whether it is on-site or factory refurbishment. The result is a reliable piece of equipment once again.
Comprehensive service from crane commissioning to the entire lifespan of the crane. Operation includes providing operating personnel, performing maintenance, continuous documentation, keeping lifting equipment logs, conducting periodic inspections, and immediate repair of incidental malfunctions.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients and ensure the long lifespan, safety, and efficiency of their lifting equipment and cranes. We believe that our services contribute to our clients' business success and safe work practices. If we have aroused your interest, please contact us for further details and a personalized offer.
