The primary purpose of these transport carts is to serve heavy industry environments where the movement of steel structures, power plant equipment, injection molding tools, and other large or heavy workpieces is required. The robust steel structure of the carts guarantees stable and safe transport while being designed to adapt to the specific requirements of the given application and product.

Flexible Loading Surface – Customized Solutions

One of the standout features of GD transport carts is the fully customizable loading surface. Depending on the product that needs to be moved, the surface can be made from smooth or ribbed steel plates, with replaceable wooden cladding or special supports. This flexibility ensures that the transported goods are always secure, and the cart remains durable under the load demands of daily use.

Movement in Practice – On Rails or Concrete

The transport carts are primarily designed for operation on railway tracks but can also be manufactured for smooth concrete surfaces, equipped with polyurethane or polyamide wheels. This option is particularly advantageous in facilities where laying tracks is not possible, but high load-bearing transport is still required.

Carts moving on concrete surfaces are equipped with at least two steerable wheels, significantly improving their maneuverability and ease of movement. For special requests, carts can be fitted with a turning undercarriage, which is particularly useful in areas with limited maneuvering space, even with a load of up to 30 tons.

Mobility and Transport – Lifting Points and Designs

All transport carts are equipped with four lifting points, allowing for the safe lifting of the cart and relocation to another track system. This design is especially useful when the cart needs to be used in multiple work areas or requires mobilization due to periodic reorganization.

Two versions are available:

• Towed version: A simple and efficient solution when the cart is moved by another vehicle.
• Self-propelled battery-powered version: The built-in battery provides the power supply, and the radio remote control allows for operation without cables. This version offers maximum freedom and flexibility to the user, reducing operational limitations and increasing productivity.
