We are pleased to introduce our latest development: a manipulator crane equipped with vacuum lifters, specifically designed for handling sheet metal panels of various sizes. This compact yet wide-span machine provides secure lifting, precise positioning, and economical construction for industrial use.
Flexible Handling for Various Sheet Sizes
The crane’s primary function is to lift and move flat or curved sheets using vacuum technology, whether in a horizontal or tilted position. The vacuum pads are arranged in paired rows with adjustable spacing, allowing the system to adapt to different panel sizes. The lifting beam can tilt along a horizontal axis, facilitating smooth transitions during manufacturing processes.
The rigid telescopic suspension structure can rotate ±180°, enabling access from multiple directions—ideal for tight or hard-to-reach areas.
Economical and Stable Construction
This single-girder corner-trolley design is an excellent solution for applications requiring a large span but moderate load capacity. The design optimally distributes the crane’s own weight, achieving significant steel savings by avoiding a double-girder structure. This allows for a lighter crane track and a smaller profile size.
The trolley movement is nearly play-free, ensuring highly accurate positioning—essential when handling high-value or sensitive materials.
Smart Control and Advanced Safety
The crane is operated via radio remote control, giving the operator full control over every function. Both the trolley and bridge motions use frequency-controlled drives with two selectable speed levels.
The crane is also equipped with optical collision protection to prevent contact with neighboring cranes on a shared runway. Additional safety features include:
- Upper and lower limit switches for lifting

Surface Treatment and Durability
The crane structure complies with industrial standards, featuring Sa 2½ sandblasting, followed by a 30 μm anti-corrosion primer and a 60 μm topcoat for long-term durability and protection in industrial environments.
