Our expertise contributed to this impressive space mission, and we are incredibly proud of our team and all our partners who made this success possible. Moments like these motivate us to continue giving our best!
GD designed and manufactured platforms to support the manufacturing process of the ARIANE rocket’s ULPM module in 2018. The entire mechanical design and the complete electrical control system was developed by GD, and the manufacturing of the equipment took place at our production facility in Lajosmizse.
The installation and commissioning works on site, in the clean room environment and conditions, were also carried out by GD specialists in Bremen, to the Customer’s greatest contentedness.
As a result of this successful project, our company has further strengthened its presence in the aerospace industry and has since maintained an intensive relationship with AIRBUS.
